Don Carlos Plant

At Don Carlos´ Plant, located in the district of La Tinguiña, with an area of 28,500 m2, we carry out washing and packing processes for our grapes, with a capacity to process 200 tons per day. We also process our blueberries, processing 18 tons of blueberries per day. We have BASC, BRC, COSTCO CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART certifications.

Yancay Plant

At Yancay´s Plant, located in the district of San José de Los Molinos, with an area of 11,300 m2, we process our avocados, with a capacity of 10 tons per hour. Likewise, we carry out washing and packing processes for our avocados, having a capacity to process 80 tons per day. We have BASC, BRC, COSTCO CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART certifications.

Casa Chica Plant

At Casa Chica´s plant, located in the district of Salas Guadalupe, with an area of 21,000 m2, we carry out the process of our citrus fruits, processing a capacity of 12 tons of mandarins per hour and 18 tons of oranges per hour. We have BASC, BRC, COSTCO CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART certifications.

Peruvian businessman. Industrial Engineer, with master's degree in Economics and Finance. Ricardo ventured into agriculture in 1995 founding Don Ricardo with great vision and passion, with the objective: To cultivate the best at all levels.

RAFAEL IBARGUREN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Farmer by birth and agronomist by profession. Rafael is a founding partner and a lover of the Ica Valley, an expert in the production of seedless table grapes since the 90s. He was one of the pioneers in the export of seedless grapes and Hass avocado in Peru.

GENERAL MANAGER

Systems Engineer with a Master's Degree en Business Administration. He has been part of the team since 2012, initially being Finance Manager, Deputy General Manager and since 2023 he has assumed the General Management of the company, thanks to their leadership, demand and commitment.

CARLOS FERRARI

VICE PRESIDENT OF AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT

An Agricultural Engineer with a master's degree in Business Administration, he has accompanied Rafael Ibarguren since he was very young, starting his professional training at Don Ricardo. He currently leads the Vice Presidency of Agricultural Management, guaranteeing an optimal result in the agricultural processes of all crops.

JAVIER ESCOBEDO

VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

Economist, MBA from Wharton School with 10 years of experience in Finance. He has lead the Vice Presidency in Administration and Finance since 2023. He has a high capacity for analysis for decision-making, promoting excellence and persistence in his teams to conquer challenges.

LUIS MIGUEL VEGAS

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

Industrial Engineer, with a master's degree in business from AGSM - Sydney & Kellogg School of Management and a specialization in Sustainable Development from MIT. He has nearly 15 years of experience in sales management, B2B and B2C marketing and international trade.
Since 2023, he has headed the Vice-Presidency of Commercial Management, in charge of the Commercial, Commercial Logistics, Marketing and Commercial Intelligence departments.

COMMERCIAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

Graduated in International Business, committed to Don Ricardo since its foundation, developing her talent in different areas. She currently leads the Commercial Logistics Management, complying with high international standards.

Food Engineer with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He has more than 10 years of experience leading commercial teams in the agro-export sector. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2022, guaranteeing the satisfaction of our clients and demonstrating excellence together with his work team.

UPPER ZONE MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer, he has been part of Don Ricardo's family since 2002, always with good treatment and attitude, willing to share his knowledge with others. He leads the estates in the High Zone, where we grow grapes, blueberries and Hass avocado, and is also responsible for the nursery.

RENZO LAZO

VILLACURI ZONE MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer with a master's degree in Agribusiness Management, he has been part of the team since 2008. Always willing to learn, he started in avocado and grape crops. He currently leads our crops in the Villacurí area, where we produce grapes, oranges and tangerines.

LOWER ZONE MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer, Master in Business Administration, she has been part of Don Ricardo's team since 2008. She is always willing to undertake and meet new challenges. She manages the farms in Lower Zone where we grow grapes and blueberries.

Agricultural Engineer with a Master's Degree in Strategic Business Administration, he has been part of Don Ricardo since 2013. From the beginning he has shown passion and commitment to his work. He leads the cultivation of blueberries ensuring the highest standards in production.

Industrial Engineer, with extensive experience in team management and process improvement, is part of Don Ricardo's team since 2009. He leads the large team of process plants, focused on achieving high standards of productivity and quality for our customers.

Fishing Engineer and Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a Master's Degree in Food Technology, is part of the Don Ricardo family since 2019. He leads the Quality Assurance and Management Department, meeting the highest quality standards and customer expectations.

He has more than 8 years of experience leading internationalization, consulting and finance projects with emphasis on the agricultural sector. An Industrial Engineer with 10 years of experience in the operational management of production processes. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2021 and leads the Production Planning and Control department, assuming the challenges demanded by the business strategy.

Communicator with a master's degree in Social Investment Management and specialization in Sustainability, she has been part of Don Ricardo since 2017.
