Don Carlos Plant

At Don Carlos´ Plant, located in the district of La Tinguiña, with an area of 28,500 m2, we carry out washing and packing processes for our grapes, with a capacity to process 200 tons per day. We also process our blueberries, processing 18 tons of blueberries per day. We have BASC, BRC, COSTCO CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART certifications.

Yancay Plant

At Yancay´s Plant, located in the district of San José de Los Molinos, with an area of 11,300 m2, we process our avocados, with a capacity of 10 tons per hour. Likewise, we carry out washing and packing processes for our avocados, having a capacity to process 80 tons per day. We have BASC, BRC, COSTCO CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART certifications.

Casa Chica Plant

At Casa Chica´s plant, located in the district of Salas Guadalupe, with an area of 21,000 m2, we carry out the process of our citrus fruits, processing a capacity of 12 tons of mandarins per hour and 18 tons of oranges per hour. We have BASC, BRC, COSTCO CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART certifications.

CHAIRMAN

Peruvian entrepreneur, Industrial Engineer, Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance. Ricardo, with great vision and passion, started his agricultural business in 1995 by establishing Agricola Don Ricardo. His purpose was clear: To grow only the best.

RAFAEL IBARGUREN

GENERAL MANAGER

Born into a family of farmers and an agronomist by training. Rafael is founder partner and loves the Ica Valley. Since the 1990s, he has been an expert in the production of seedless table grapes. He has been a pioneer in the export of seedless grapes and Hass avocados in Peru.

DARWING CASANA

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

Graduated in Systems Engineering with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, he has been part of our team since 2012, initially being our Finance Manager and currently serving as The Deputy General Manager, thanks to his leadership, high standards and commitment.

ROXANA NOLTE

FOREIGN TRADE LOGISTICS MANAGER

Graduated in International Business Administration, committed to Don Ricardo since its foundation in 1998, carrying out her leadership in various areas of the company and in our headquarters in Lima. She leads the Logistics and Foreign Trade Management team, complying with the highest international standards.

ARTURO HOFFMANN

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Graduated in Agricultural Engineering as an Agronomer, with extensive international experience in commercial management and sales in the agricultural sector. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2017 and leads the Commercial Management team with excellence and commitment, guaranteeing the satisfaction of our clients.

CARLOS FERRARI

FARM MANAGER

An Agronomist with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, he has accompanied Rafael Ibarguren since beginning his professional training at Don Ricardo at a young age. He leads the Agricultural Management team, guaranteeing an optimal result in the agricultural processes of all our crops.

EDGARDO YLLU

UPPER ZONE MANAGER

Graduated as an Agronomist, he has been part of the Don Ricardo family since 2002, always having great interpersonal skills and attitude, willing to share his knowledge with others. He leads the farms in the Upper Zone, where we grow Hass Avocados and Grapes, he is also responsible for our greenhouse nursery.

DELIA CRISPIN

LOWER ZONE MANAGER

An Agronomist, Master's in Business Administration, she has been part of the Don Ricardo team since 2008. Always willing to undertake and meet new challenges. She runs the farms in the lower zone where we grow grapes and blueberries.

RENZO LAZO

VILLACURI ZONE MANAGER

An Agronomist with a Master in Agribusiness and Food Management, with extensive experience in agro-export crops. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2008, leading the farms in the Villacurí Area with professionalism and proactivity, where we produce mandarins and oranges.

PLANTS MANAGER

An Engineer with a Masters in Industrial Engineering having extensive experience in team management and process improvement. He has been part of the Don Ricardo team since 2009. He leads our processing plants with high productivity and quality standards for our clients.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Fisheries Engineer and Bach. in Industrial Engineering with a Master's Degree in Food Technology, he has been part of the Don Ricardo family since 2019. He leads the Quality Assurance and Management Department, complying with high quality standards.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

A Business Manager, with experience in Human Resources in various sectors, he has been part of Don Ricardo since 2019. He leads the Human Resources Team, promoting a meritocratic culture focused on achieving corporate objectives.

An Economist, MBA at Wharton School with 12 years of experience in Finance. He has been leading the Administration and Finance departments of Don Ricardo since 2021. He has a high analytical capacity for decision-making, promoting excellence and persistence in his teams to conquer challenges.

DEPUTY PLANTING AND PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER

An Industrial Engineer with 10 years of experience in the operational management of production processes. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2021 and leads the Production Planning and Control department, assuming the challenges demanded by the business strategy.

ISAIAS VERA

DEPUTY MANAGER OF BLUEBERRY CULTIVATION

An Agronomist with a master's degree in Strategic Business Administration. He joined Don Ricardo's team in 2013 and since the beginning, he has shown passion and commitment to his trade. He leads the agronomic management of the blueberry crops in the company.

JULIANA SALGADO

HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY, CULTURE AND COMMUNICATIONS

Degree in Communication, with a master's degree in Social Investment Management. She has been part of Don Ricardo since 2017, she currently leads the Sustainability, Cultural and Communication team with great commitment. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of social projects focused on Education, Health, Environment and Family Strengthening.
