Here we process our grapes, avocados, mandarins and oranges. We also provide services to third parties.

Avocados and citrus fruits are processed in the Maf Roda processing line, which has the capacity to process 12 MT/h of mandarins, 18 MT/h of oranges and 18 MT/h of avocados. Our capacity to process grapes is 200 MT per day.
Our certifications are BASC, BRC, COSTCO, CIVIL DEFENSE, FAIR FOR LIFE, FSMA, GLOBAL GAP, LOBLAW, OEA, SMETA, SENASA, TESCO and WALMART.

YANCAY

Our grapes and blueberries are processed here. It is capable to process 8 MT of grapes per day.
We hold the following certifications BRC, BASC, SMETA, SENASA, WALMART, GLOBAL GAP, TESCO, COSTCO, FSM and CIVIL DEFENSE.
Here we process our grapes, avocados, mandarins and oranges. We also provide services to third parties.

CHAIRMAN

Peruvian entrepreneur, Industrial Engineer, Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance. Ricardo, with great vision and passion, started his agricultural business in 1995 by establishing Agricola Don Ricardo. His purpose was clear: To grow only the best.

RAFAEL IBARGUREN

GENERAL MANAGER

Born into a family of farmers and an agronomist by training. Rafael is founder partner and loves the Ica Valley. Since the 1990s, he has been an expert in the production of seedless table grapes. He has been a pioneer in the export of seedless grapes and Hass avocados in Peru.

ALEJANDRO FUENTES

GENERAL MANAGER

Engineer in Food Science and Food Technology holder of a Master in Business Administration. In 2009, upon his return from the United States, he joined Don Ricardo, during a stage of important growth, providing his knowledge, energy and enthusiasm.

ROXANA NOLTE

LIMA OFFICE MANAGER

Bachelor Degree in International Business, she has proven her commitment to Don Ricardo in several areas since its foundation. Currently, she is in charge of the Lima Office, leading the foreign trade management.

ARTURO HOFFMANN

SALES MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer who in 2017 came from Holland, full of energy and ready to join Don Ricardo team. He is in charge of the sales department, responsible for allocating our products to the best customers.

CARLOS FERRARI

LOWER ZONE MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer, holder of a Master of Business Administration, has been with Rafael Ibarguren from the beginning of his professional life in Don Ricardo and now leads the farms in the Lower Zone, where we grow grapes and blueberries.

EDGARDO YLLU

UPPER ZONE MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer, has been working in Don Ricardo since 2002, always with enthusiasm and good attitude. He manages the Upper Zone farms, where grapes and Hass avocados are grown. In addition, he is in charge of the nursery.

RENZO LAZO

VILLACURI ZONE MANAGER

Agricultural Engineer and holder of a Master in Agribusiness Management, has been part of this team since 2008. He joined the company to work on avocados and grapes, and due to his appetite for learning, now he leads our citrus farms in the Villacuri zone.

DARWING CASANA

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Systems Engineer, holder of a Master in Business Administration. He is part of this team since 2012. He is an analytical and structured person, who leads his teams with high commitment.

Quality manager

Fishery Engineer and BSC in Industrial Engineering with a Master's Degree in Food Technology; more than 16 years of experience in quality management and continuous improvement working in international companies in the aquaculture and consumer goods sector.

BRUNO BURGOS

Human resources manager

Business Administrator, with more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources management. Previous experience in mining, construction, mass consumption, encouraging the development of people and talent management, promoting a meritocratic culture and focused on achieving corporate objectives.

JULIANA SALGADO

HEAD OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Bachelor as Communicator, has been part of this team since 2017. She leads the Corporate Social Responsibility programs, which are focused on Education, Health, Environment, Sports and Family Strengthening.
