Peruvian businessman. Industrial Engineer, with master's degree in Economics and Finance. Ricardo ventured into agriculture in 1995 founding Don Ricardo with great vision and passion, with the objective: To cultivate the best at all levels.

RAFAEL IBARGUREN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Farmer by birth and agronomist by profession. Rafael is a founding partner and a lover of the Ica Valley, an expert in the production of seedless table grapes since the 90s. He was one of the pioneers in the export of seedless grapes and Hass avocado in Peru.

DARWING CASANA

GENERAL MANAGER

Systems Engineer with a Master's Degree en Business Administration. He has been part of the team since 2012, initially being Finance Manager, Deputy General Manager and since 2023 he has assumed the General Management of the company, thanks to their leadership, demand and commitment.

JAVIER ESCOBEDO

VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

Economist, MBA at Wharton School with more than 12 years of experience in Finance. He has been part of the company since 2021 and will lead the Vice-Presidency in Administration and Finance since 2023. He has high analytical skills for decision making, promoting excellence and persistence in his teams to conquer challenges.

CARLOS FERRARI

VICE PRESIDENT OF AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT

An Agricultural Engineer with a master's degree in Business Administration, he has accompanied Rafael Ibarguren since he was very young, starting his professional training at Don Ricardo. He currently leads the Vice Presidency of Agricultural Management, guaranteeing an optimal result in the agricultural processes of all crops.

GABRIEL NOBOA

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Food engineer with a master's degree in Business Administration. He has more than 15 years of experience leading commercial teams in the agro-export sector. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2022, where he leads with vision, empathy, and excellence, inspiring his team to overcome challenges and build strong relationships with our customers around the world.

EMILIO ROJAS

PLANTS MANAGER

Industrial Engineer, with extensive experience in team management and process improvement, is part of Don Ricardo's team since 2009. He leads the large team of process plants, focused on achieving high standards of productivity and quality for our customers.

RICHARD CHAVEZ

HUMAN MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Human Resources Professional with more than 15 years of experience in People Management. Graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Administrative Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources at the University of Guadalajara.

MANUEL TUEROS

QUALITY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Industrial Engineer from the University of Lima, with a master's degree in Engineering Management (Missouri S&T) and specialization in Digital Transformation (Kellogg). He has more than 15 years of international experience leading operations in the cement, fishing and manufacturing sectors. Since 2025, he leads the Quality Management Department at Don Ricardo, standing out for his strategic vision, results-oriented leadership and ability to optimize systems and strengthen high-performance teams.

ROXANA NOLTE

COMMERCIAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

Graduated in International Business, committed to Don Ricardo since its foundation, developing her talent in different areas. She currently leads the Commercial Logistics Management, complying with high international standards.

EDGARDO YLLU

AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT MANAGER UPPER ZONE

Agricultural engineer. He has been part of Don Ricardo's family since 2002. Recognized for his friendly manner, collaborative attitude, and commitment to shared learning. He currently manages the farms in the Upper Zone, which are focused on grape cultivation, and is responsible for the nursery and laboratory.

DELIA CRISPIN

BLUEBERRY CROP FARM MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Agronomist with a master's degree in Business Administration. She has been part of Don Ricardo's team since 2008. Always willing to take on new challenges and undertake new ventures. After leading the farms in the Lower Zone, she now serves as Blueberry Crop Manager, consolidating her experience in one of our main products.

HENRY ESPILCO

AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT MANAGER LOWER ZONE

An Agricultural Engineer with a master's degree in Agribusiness Administration, he has been part of Don Ricardo's family since 2006. He has always shown commitment, respect for our people and predisposition to meet new challenges. He leads the grape estates in the lower zone.

EDGAR OLLACHICA

Deputy Manager of Water Resources and Fertilization

Agricultural Engineer, he has been part of the Don Ricardo family since 2013, currently he leads the centralized and integrated system of water resources and fertilization management.

JEAN RIOS

DEPUTY PLANTING AND PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER

An Industrial Engineer with 10 years of experience in the operational management of production processes. He has been part of Don Ricardo since 2021 and leads the Production Planning and Control department, assuming the challenges demanded by the business strategy.

MÓNICA ARBULÚ

DEPUTY MANAGER OF PURCHASING AND WAREHOUSING

Food engineer with a master's degree in Supply Chain Management. She has more than 10 years of experience in supply chain management in the agro-export sector. She has been part of the team since 2018, initially as Head of Purchasing and Warehousing. She now takes on the role of Deputy Manager of Purchasing and Warehousing with leadership and commitment.

Industrial engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the commercial area.
